We work with sellers, landlords, investors, and the realtors who represent them. Our staging service is offered as part of a single studio brief — design, repair, paint, clean, and stage — or as a standalone engagement for properties that are already listing-ready.

Before & after

Before Vacant living room, freshly painted, before staging

Vacant condo, listing day one Empty rooms, white walls, natural light — but no anchor for the eye, and no scale for the camera.

→
After Staged living room with sofa, dining set and art

Same condo, day of photos Sofa, dining for four, a runner, a reading lamp, art on the wall. A living room a buyer can picture themselves in.

Before Lived-in living room with the owner's furniture, before restyle

Owner-occupied, lived-in Good bones, real furniture, but the layout fights the room and the photos are dark.

→
After Same living room, restaged in a better light

Same furniture, rearranged Same sofa, same rug, same art. New layout, new lamp, two plants, three accessories. The homeowner's things, in a better light.

Before Empty dining room with wood-look floors and sliding door, before virtual staging

Empty dining room, day of listing photos Wood-look floors, a wall of glass to the yard — and nothing telling buyers where the table lives.

→
After Same dining room virtually staged with walnut dining set, rug, art and olive tree

Same room, virtually staged Walnut dining set, rug, art and an olive tree — added digitally, to scale, from the same camera position. A furnished look on photo day one, with no rental furniture and no install day.

The process

From first walkthrough to de-stage. Same person on the project, same team on the install.

01

Consult

30 minutes on-site or virtual. We walk the property, note the architecture, the light, and the buyer's likely profile. No fee.

02

Design proposal

A short proposal: which rooms, which pieces, the install day, the de-stage date. Transparent flat fee — no hourly billing.

03

Install

A half-day on-site. The same team handles the truck, the placement, the styling, the final adjustment. The owner is welcome to be there — or not.

04

Reveal

The home is listing-ready. We hand off MLS-ready photographs, walk through the space with the realtor, and confirm the de-stage date.

05

De-stage

After closing. Half-day on-site. We return the space to its pre-staging condition, in time for the buyer's move-in.

Selected projects

A small set of recent work. Each engagement is signed; each property shown with the owner's consent.

Questions, often asked

The four we hear most. Anything else: a quick email is the fastest way.

How quickly can you turn around a vacant stage?

From a confirmed booking, our typical lead time is 7–10 business days for a full vacant install. If you have a tighter timeline, the Soft Staging tier can usually be scheduled within 3–5 days, and Virtual Staging within 48 hours from receipt of the empty-room photographs.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry commercial general liability coverage for every install and for every property we enter — a requirement of most homeowner's insurance policies in Québec. The certificate of insurance is provided on request.

Do you work with new construction?

Yes — both for developers selling units in a new building and for buyers who have just taken possession and want to list or rent the unit furnished. For new construction, we often pair the install with a walkthrough of the developer's model suite, so the staging language matches the project's target buyer.

What does staging cost in Montréal?

It depends on the property, the tier, and the install window. As a working range: soft staging for an owner-occupied condo starts around $1,200 CAD; a full vacant install for a single-family home is usually between $4,000 and $8,000 CAD; virtual staging is priced per image, starting at $95 CAD. The consult and the written quote are always free.
